Background of request

We needed to do some research on the business schemes and issues regarding future automatic and autonomous robot insurances, in the project I was involved in. There was a need for hearings with non-life insurance companies or insurance providers in the area of Robots x Insurance.

We felt it would be difficult to contact the target audience, given the limited number of those involved with the above within insurance companies. So, we decided to turn to Arches, who was strong in niche areas.

Leveraging our Strengths in Niche Areas to Arrange Interviews

At Arches, they utilize technology to approach experts that are challenging to approach by other companies.

Arches has arranged an interview with the expert involved in the company that we had specified at the time of our request. There was a high chance that the interview would not be conducted, since there was only one person in Japan suitable for that role who could speak on the topic. Regardless, we are extremely thankful to Arches for properly pinpointing and recruiting the right expert.
