Background of request

To develop a new ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system for the overseas production facilities of a medium-sized Japanese manufacturer, there was a need to understand the actual operations and issues at the local factory in Thailand.

We consulted Arches, which specializes in overseas candidates, as we wanted to hear actual stories from those involved in operations at local factories.

Arranging international candidates on short notice

Arches was able to introduce numerous candidates in a short period of time, including a Japanese factory manager and Thai production management, human resources, and accounting personnel, and we were able to conduct eight interviews in one week.
